Help With Digital Issues

Need help using your digital issue? You're in the right place! Please click the descriptions below for quick fixes of common problems.

  • I want to print out the digital issue.

    • The digital issue can only be printed if you are a digital subscriber. The issue cannot be printed if you are receiving the first issue as a part of your paper subscription.

    • To print the reproducibles from the digital issue, go to the first page of the issue. On the right-hand side, next to the cover, click on the "print" link.

    • The link for the magazine reproducibles will work only once if you are receiving the first issue as a part of your paper subscription.

  • I cannot get the reproducibles to print.

    • Be sure to print using the printer symbol on the Adobe Reader toolbar instead of the print button on your browser. Print by clicking on the printer icon on the Adobe Reader toolbar.

    • If you use Adobe Reader's print button and the ideas still do not print, you may need to upgrade your version of Adobe Reader. To download the latest version of Adobe Reader for FREE, click on this address: http://.get.adobe.com/reader

    • If you need help with installation, visit the Download Information page for Adobe Reader at http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/help.html#dtop

  • Can I get only digital issues?

    • Yes! On the magazine order page, below the magazine logo, select "Digital" where it says "Please choose your magazine format:".

  • Why has my digital issue expired?

    • Digital issues for single-issue users can only be accessed through the end of the issue months. For example, you may access the digital issue for August/September until September 30. Digital issues do not expire for digital subscribers.

  • I still need help with my digital issue.

    • If you still need assistance, please call customer service at 1-800-334-0298 or click here to send an email. Please select "Digital Issue" from the pull-down menu and then fill in all the necessary information.
