Cut a 5" x 5" piece of Con-Tact paper and remove the backing. Sprinkle colored sand and glitter onto the sticky side of the Con-Tact paper. When a desired effect is achieved, shake off any excess sand and glitter over a trash can. Then mount the project to a square of brightly colored construction paper. If you should decide to display the artwork, keep it looking pristine by hanging it in an area where it won't be bumped into or brushed against.
