Hi, I’m Kim, the managing editor of THE MAILBOX® magazine Preschool edition. I’m pulling together an upcoming issue of THE MAILBOX magazine, and I’d love your ideas!
Earth Day
I’m planning a unit about Earth Day and would love to see your group-time, center-time, and arts-and-crafts activities on a variety of Earth Day topics—such as reusing and recycling, keeping the earth clean, taking care of the earth’s animals and plants, and the importance of doing these things.

PLEASE NOTE: Some ideas are easier to understand if you send a photo, sample, or sketch of the finished product. Please submit these ideas and samples via regular mail or as a separate email. (See "Conditions for Submission" below.)
Conditions for Submission
Each submission must include a complete name, address, and daytime phone number for ideas to be considered. You will receive a $20.00 gift certificate for each idea accepted for publication. All ideas must be original (developed by you) and submitted to only one publisher at a time. If your idea is accepted for publication, your name and school will be credited as the source. All rights (copyrights or otherwise) contained in the materials accepted for publication become the property of The Education Center, LLC.
If you'd prefer to submit your ideas in paper form, only ideas accompanied by self-addressed, stamped envelopes will be acknowledged and/or returned. If you want materials that are not published to be returned, the envelope must be of sufficient size, with adequate postage. Please print or type your name, address, school, and grade level on each page of ideas and mail to Editorial Assistant, The Education Center, P.O. Box 9753, Greensboro, NC 27429-0753.
