These spring robins are adorable! To make one, cut a red semicircle and a smaller brown semicircle from construction paper. Have each child glue the two shapes onto background paper, as shown, to form the bird's body and head. Instruct him to draw two feet and add paper reinforcer eyes. Next, direct him to use a black marker to color in the center of each eye. Then have him glue on a craft feather for the tail. Instruct him to cut out a yellow construction paper triangle for a beak and glue it just along the top edge. Then fold the beak up and glue a real Gummy Worm candy underneath.
