*As featured in a past edition of one of our magazines* A Great Way to Share Ideas With Your ColleaguesEvery two weeks or so, set aside your planning time to share with colleagues. Here's how: Ask each teacher to bring two activities that he or she has tried and found to be successful. They should also bring samples of any finished products, blank copies of accompanying reproducibles, and self-sticking notes. After a teacher briefly explains his or her activity, pass around the accompanying completed samples and blank reproducibles with a sticky note attached. Those who would like a copy of the project sign their initials on the sticky note. You can then make those copies and distribute them after the meeting. With all these great ideas that are shared, you'll feel like you've hit the jackpot! ©1998 The Education Center, Inc. ⋅ The Mailbox® Teacher |
